Due to the tragical terrorist attacts in Paris the fair PARIS PHOTO was terminated prematurely. Therefore, we decided to show our booth exhibition with rare works in our gallery Parrotta Contemporary Art in Stuttgart. The fair-presentation under the title "BOOTH B38 - PARIS PHOTO 2015" can from now on be seen.
The exibition „BOOTH B38 - PARIS PHOTO 2015“ shows in the 100th year of birth of Otto Steinert, the founder of subjektive photography, exclusively rare vintage photographs from the late 1950s to the early 1970s by Otto Steinert and three of his former students Kilian Breier, Detlef Orlopp and Timm Rautert, who have also been professors for photography for many years.
Because of the single exhibitions of Claudia Angelmaier and Oskar Schmidt, who were both master students of Timm Rautert, the gallery Parrotta Contemporary Art offers, including the new exhibition „BOOTH B38 - PARIS PHOTO 2015“, the relation between „teacher and students“ in two generations.
