Three Exciting New Shows in New York City This October

(Freitag) (Donnerstag)

This October, three exciting shows make their way to Agora Gallery in a display of international talent and perspective. Beyond Borders: an Exhibition of Fine Art from Canada brings a great diversity and originality from our northern neighbors to New York in a show that pushes and expands the boundaries of art. Divergent Realities presents compositions inspired from every corner of the earth in a show that transports one across time and space. Landscapes, seascapes, interiors, and even scenes a bit more abstract in nature all contribute to the canon of our understanding of reality and nature. Verve of Abstraction presents abstract pieces that range in energy from calm, floating figures to explosive maelstroms of color. This collection pulls from the history of abstract art and pushes it further in a truly evocative exhibition.

The exhibitions open on October 9th and will run until October 29th, 2015. The opening reception will take place Thursday, October 15th, from 6-8 PM. The exhibitions and opening reception are open to the public.
