Boundless Boundaries and Strange Attractors

(Saturday) (Thursday)

Birmingham City University (BCU) is proud to present the annual postgraduate shows from the School of Jewellery and Birmingham School of Art, which run in collaboration with Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery at its Waterhall venue. Visitors can also see work at BCU’s Grade I listed Margaret Street building, which is located directly across the road.

The two unique shows – “Boundless Boundaries” and “Strange Attractors” – collide to celebrate diversity and the multidisciplinary nature of the work from the Art-based Master's Programmes and the MA in Jewellery, Silversmithing and Related Products.

Site-specific work and interventions will sit alongside performance, moving image, 3D-based design practice, and more.

Visitors can expect to be engaged in celebrating the culmination of full and part-time postgraduate practice from students from a wide range of countries across three continents – Europe, Asia and Africa.

Free exhibition.

In the Waterhall gallery at Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery.
