Sky Arts Portrait Artist of the Year 2017 Winners Exhibition

Price: Admission FreePrice: Admission FreeAs Sky Arts Portrait Artist of the Year draws to a close, come and view some of the winning portraits which will be on display at the Wallace Collection throughout the month of March.If you still haven’t got enough then why not come along to the filming of next year’s competition? Once again all six heats will be filmed in the courtyard of the Wallace Collection and are open to the public. They will film on the following dates: 5, 6 and 7 and 10, 11, and 12 April. Joan Bakewell and Frank Skinner will host the competition, which will be judged by award-winning artist Tai Shan Schierenberg, independent curator Kathleen Soriano and art historian Kate Bryan. Every day at 1pm during filming the Wallace Collection will highlight important portraits in our Collection.Please note that the Wallace Restaurant will be closed from 3 – 12 April inclusive to facilitate the filming of the programme.
