The fast pace of modern life can get people down. We name it neurotic, blue, depressed, but these are only names and degrees of sadness. With today's immorality, deception, greed, suspicion, loneliness, forced marriages, authoritarianism, vanity, insecurity, and collusion, in Chinese society, it is easy to understand why a person might be feeling down.
