Nothing to See

(Monday) (Monday)

MFA Photography, Video and Related Media presents an installation by Charles Sainty (MFA 2014 Photography, Video and Related Media), which is a series of 3D models based on wrecked vehicles from found videos downloaded from YouTube and LiveLeak. The models were created using photogrammetry, a technique designed to generate 3D models from a sequence of photographs. The installation consists of both sculptural objects made by vacuum forming UV printed plastic, and a virtual reality installation of the models in a simulated junkyard.MFA Photography, Video and Related Media presents an installation by Charles Sainty (MFA 2014 Photography, Video and Related Media), which is a series of 3D models based on wrecked vehicles from found videos downloaded from YouTube and LiveLeak.
